It quickly evolved into a commercial mechanical contracting company focused on heating, air conditioning and plumbing installations. An air conditioning service division was created to provide the company with in- house start-up capabilities and after market service. After a steady growth, founder Fred Creaser, restructured Halifax Heating & Air Conditioning in 1992 to become an industry leader in the provision of heating ventilation and air conditioning services.  In 2009 Halifax Heating & Air Conditioning Co.
